Pork Mark II

Cut the pork into one inch slabs. Seed and devein one mulatto and about six morita peppers, soak them for an hour in hot water and blend them with the soaking water. Add citrus juice, cumin, oregano, and black pepper. Braise or pressure-cook in this liquid with some carrots. When the pork is done take it out and pull it apart. Now mash up the carrots and add some canned tomato sauce, and reduce until you have a nice thick chili sauce to go with your pork.
